Hey,

So one of the people we are playing with bought a version of FG straight from the FG website after initially getting a demo version. Now when he tries to login he gets a "demo user exceeded" message and can't login to the game. What's up???

Did that user enter the license key in the Settings?

They need to enter their license key in the FG settings window and then run an update to change the installation to reflect their license. They will either see "v3.1.7" (Full/standard license) or "v3.1.7 Ultimate" (Ultimate license) in the top right of the main FG launch screen.
