Share DD PHB Deluxe with my players

So,
I had a player connect to my server today and he could not see the DD PHB Deluxe. I verified that it was opened...went into modules and made sure the little book was open and there is a green check mark beside it. Not sure what else I need to do. Am I missing something?

Have they had access to it before? I'm wondering if they simple did not wait long enough for it to download from you to them.

It sounds like you have done things right, it should look like this on the DM side;

I don't know where on the player side the cache is. But I suspect someone will be along shortly tell you where it is and what the size if once it's completely downloaded.

You can have your player nuke his cache and then re-connect and re-download it from you. The nuke cache is an icon in the upper right that looks like a nuclear icon from the Join Game screen;

Your player also has to go into the Library and Module Activation and "open" the book there.
It will take a little while to download the first time...

So I setup another machine in my house with the demo and it worked fine. I am thinking my other player didn't wait long enough. We will try again later.
