With FG up and running, go to www.canyouseeme.org, enter 1802 for the port to test. What are the results?

What is your environment? (Win 7, Win 10, Mac-Wine etc)
How are you connected to the internet? Do you have a modem and a router? Wireless?

Hi Trentis are you a player or a GM firstly? The Connection test is only required for the GM. What country are you in? Many Euro countries no longer allocate IPv4 addreses to each connection - they aggregate them which means port forwarding wont work. Some US ISPs have just begin this practice too...
If you want some troubleshooting send em your email via PM and Ill have a look with you.

so after many hours of research it seems that my ISP does indeed block the ports. I am now trying to run FG with hamachi.

Hi Trentis this is becoming more and more common. I believe there will be two methods of communication in Unity as well as IPv6. Hamachi works quite well once you get it setup.

I got the same problem yesterday...
Is there a topic explaining how to use Hamachi to solve it ?
I'm using Win 10 and wireless connection.

I was having an issue with hamachi as well at first. what i had to do was download an older version then update that version. not sure why it works this way but this has worked for me and 2 others i know.

FYI - Hamachi will get around port forwarding issues. But it *won't* make the FG connection test work. I repeat - the FG connection test will not succeed when using Hamachi. Your only way to test Hamachi and FG is to connect a FG player client to the FG GM with both computers using Hamachi.
