Buy without trial [Archive] - Fantasy Grounds Message Boards

Hello! I have recently ran through the Fantasy Grounds trial period. After that was up, I canceled my subscription. Now, I want to buy and use the program, but it seems that when I do, it thinks that I am running the trial and the program won't run/update to ultimate.

Make sure that you enter the new license key that you should have received through e-mail after your license purchase. The old trial key will be suspended, and no longer valid.

If you did not receive your license key and you already double-checked your e-mail Spam folder, please send a note to [email protected], and Doug can get you squared away.
