I want to share this:

The Dungeon Fantasy Roleplaying Game is a complete, stand alone game powered by GURPS. It doesn't require any GURPS book, not even familiarity with that rule system.

Also, if you want to see more development and GURPS releases around, beyond of "out-of-print", "only-PDF" status, consider backing this project.

By the way, shipping costs have been adjusted and even cut in half for some countries, and there are further reductions because achieved stretch goals.

Wow! It says it's US, EU & AUS friendly, with shipping from Australia to Australian backers and, yet, it still costs $30 for postage. When I read that it was being shipped from Australia I thought "Yes. I'm backing this." When I got to the FAQ and saw how much it was going to cost to have it delivered from my own country, I changed my mind. Pity because it looks like it will be a great game.

For what is worth, shipping has been subjected to further reductions because achieved stretch goals (and there are more of that kind); right now the cost you're mentioning is $20 instead of $30.

Originally shipping for this project to Australia (between other places) was about $60.

Yes, I saw that but, even taking that into account, it's still way more than the actual cost, assuming that the box weighs up to 3kgs and those prices are in US dollars. The cost of sending that box set (again, assuming up to 3kgs) would be $13.40 AUS - just under $10 US. $20 US is about $28 Australian. So we're still being slugged double the actual cost of postage even with the stretch goal discount. Anyway. I know my complaining isn't going to change anything - I was just venting.

Mistamichal [OT Warning] I paid over $200USD on a RPG kickstarter by a long established RPG company over 2 years ago on the promise of "we'll work hard to keep international shipping costs low" to then pay another $100USD for shipping about a year ago.... and still havent received anything... Sometimes it sucks living this far away from the rest of the world...
