How to ?

I just bought using game : rob2e_DnD_5E_Conditions_and_Effects_List.mod for
Fantasy Grounds at DM's Guilde. I active in the Library but I can not find how to use. It there's an " Effect" menu but it was there
before I buy the extension.So if anyone know how I would be happy if he can explain to me ...

You would copy the .mod file into your FGData\modules folder. Then in game you'd click on Library, then click Modules button and finally load the module from that list by "opening the book". Close modules and in your Library list you'll see the content from that module you can then open and use.
