Every time I enter my lic under the "Activate Lic" button i get,"The license key entered is invalid." Either need help with my current lic. or need another issued to me.

When you start FG there is an "Activate Lic" button along the bottom of programs main menu.

Ok - the license should be in the License Key field and should not contain any spaces before or after the code.
Its possible your IP address could have been firewalled (based on attacks from local IPs) so if you are still having issues please email the above AND your external/public IP to [email protected]

In capture2.png you've pasted the key twice. It should by 5 x 5 characters, i.e. VVVVV-WWWWW-XXXXX-YYYYY-ZZZZZ

Awesome thanks for the help Trenloe. I was just copying and pasting the key from my e-receipt and didnt realize. Never had any trouble in the past though, but meh, it worked. Thanks again.
