Allowing a Player to DM?

Hey, so I tried searching for this to no avail, but my question is simply: Is there a way to allow another player to be the DM while I host the Fantasy Grounds on my computer?

His Internet isn't the best for the other players to connect to and I already have the Ultimate with most of the D&D books, is there a way to give my friend the ability to be the DM instead of me?

As Andaax says, no you can't. Two reasons, 1) there are technical issues, 2) it would be a violation of your license agreement.

That being said, there's nothing stopping you from having him DM all narrative aspects of the game while you just push the monsters around.
