need assistance

my fantasy grounds keeps crashing with in 5 min of everyone joining.
i have started a new instance of the campain and it still crashes.
i have dropped all desk top images.
unshared all maps that are shared.
dont know what else to do exept uninstall and reinstall.

I came here because I might be seeing the same issue. So far, it's just one player who seems to be causing the crashes, but I haven't had multiple on at the same time yet today. Game starts in an hour.

Never mind. Looks as though the issue for my player was an avatar image that was too big. Unlikely to be related to your challenge. Good luck!

ok so i uninstalled fg reinstalled, put in my forums log in, went and found my fantasy grounds key, updated all the files that i have purchased, and it will not upgrade to my ultimate licence.
i have purchased the $150 life time subscription back when it first was available i can give the date if needed.
what are my next steps?

Make sure first of all that you have the correct key and that it is typed in correctly (If you upgraded you will have a key for your original purchase and another different one for the upgrade - I think).
Assuming that is all in order then email [email protected] so that they can help diagnose the problem

still crashes even faster now only get 1-2 min but it did let me upgrade my licence

origanly no. our other dm did send me a couple battle maps that he had made. nothing complex just a sand map, grass, and grass with a river.
i was thinking that this was the problem and deleted them uninstalled and tried again and still have the same problem.
it crashes with players connected and if im just working on my campain. also crashes if i join someone elses campain.
my campain and playing has been put on hold untell i fix. went to work last night and tryed again today when i got up same results.

when i open it after crash gives a statement about a crash log and reloading
task manager cpu 0% memory 167.2 mb 15% total system usage (not just fg) disk 0% network 0% no one connected

as a dm i have scag, ee, phg delux, dmg delux, storm kings thunder moduel, monster manaul, battle maps that comes with it.
as player i have ee, scag, phg.
all items are bought on fg.
nothing converted over from pdf.

How much memory and CPU is being used whilst FG is actually running?

Are you saying it crashes only when you connect as a player or a player connects to you?

It crashes regardless about 10mins after you run it?

it crashed when i was preping by my self and when i was hosting.
think we have fixed it so far 30 min no crashes
it was a program called raptor
put out by amd that watched your games and optimised your video settings
disabled it and tested
now i think i will delete the program
thanks for the help though
its good to see peaple jump on the problems and try and get them resolved
just anouther reason i love fg
