This would need to be an extension which would have to tag when a PC had died and then display the separated Dead section. So, yes, it's possible. But an extension would need to be coded to do this.

As Trenloe suggests there would be two parts to it -

1st add a DEAD field on the Character Sheets and then on the coding for the Character Selection window you would add a query to check for Dead or Alive and display accordingly...
