Adding a map to the party sheet

How is this done? I have seen it done in some of the videos of games being played and would like to know how it is done. Also how can you make the combat tracker and the chat window the same size. I also saw that in a game being played online. It was the adventurer league game the fantasy grounds crew had with the wizards of the coast crew back in July.

Its not really a Map - it just gives you a more visual experience when laying out marching orders in different environments.

Also how can you make the combat tracker and the chat window the same size.
Right-click in the chat window and select the Unlock option, then you can move and resize the chat window. Right-click and select lock to fix its position.
