Is there a way to show the tokens on the map even if they are not in the combat tracker. I am creating encounters and the tokens will show up when I click the arrow to add the encounter to the initiative but I'd like to be able to see the tokens so I can remember where the bad guys are even before I roll initiative. I tried to do a google search but didn't find any useful results. Thanks for any advice you can provide.

Welcome! Glad to have you in the community :)

Sounds like you mean the tokens from the Encounters? If that's the case, nope, sorry. There is a suggestion on the Idea Informer site (https://fg2app.idea.informer.com/) to add functionality for this. There was a big discussion a few weeks back on this that someone might be able to point you to.

Note that you can add the encounter to the Combat Tracker before it even gets to the point of rolling initiative - and the tokens will be added to the map, but not visible to the players. I often do this, just to be prepared. You can always remove the NPCs from the Combat Tracker if events take a different turn.

Yeah - players cant see the tokens until you allow them to.
