Bought DM Guide and Monster pack on the wrong account.

I managed to buy the items on my own account, not the DMs account.

Is there a quick fix for this?

You mean that you wanted to buy them as a gift for your DM?

I'm not sure what exactly you can do about that but an email to [email protected] is probably your best bet of trying to sort it out.

Not really a gift. Our group has one account that has all the stuff we buy for FG, and I managed to forget to log on to that before buying the items in mention.

We haven't found any way to combine items from several accounts in our campaigns.

I will send them an email and see if they can help.

The "one account" isn't meant to be shared so you all have the purchases. The purchases are meant to be shared out by your DM and should be on his/her account.

The one difference to this is if you have something but the DM doesn't, you can request to use it on your end and the DM can approve it via his library, but only you get access not everyone.

We're not sharing an account with the purchases. I simply have the DM log in on his account when I'm buying stuff, but tis time I forgot.

A quick email to support was all it took. 10 minutes after I sent the email I got a reply that the items was moved to the DM's account.
