Connection Issues..

I have a player out of Australia who is unable to connect. He is having no trouble connecting to Teamspeak and I have other players connected to the server. I'm in the US/NJ using Comcast.. I'm wondering if it's somehow related to the Teamspeak issue.

Its possibly caused by the something similar - there are routing issues between some AUS ISPs (Telstra and iiNet are affected but Optus and TPG are not) and some US Networks....
Its causing me all sorts of grief while I try to work out what is going on...

Give the player your FG external IP address rather than the alias - see if that makes a difference.

I did and but it didn't help... he ran an update and now he seems to be connected. I'm not sure why that helped. I don't think there's been any sort of update stuff for a while.
