Is there a way, in CoreRPG to change the NPC information window from this

to something like this

14865 and this

14866?

Would this be through an extension, which would require me to have far more .xml or Lua skills than I possess?

It would require an extension with XML, and probably some LUA, editing to take the FG window classes used by PCs (from the Main and Inventory subwindows) and put them into the NPC window.
