THP & Effects disappearing

Last night we were playing and some players (not all) discovered their temp HP went away on three different times.
Another weird thing was the Bless effect on 3 players went away, later the Barbarian's rage disappeared (though his other effect stayed).

Anyone have any ideas or seen this happen?

We'll need more information. Did the GM give a short or long rest? Were there other effects such as DMGO on characters? Did the missing effects originally have durations?

We did the combat encounter over 2 nights, so they still had THP and Rage still on. It wasn't until moving on to another room map (no rest yet) the Barb noticed he was taking full damage and his Rage was missing as well as his Bless effect.
I did go back and check my effects are correct with durations (10 rounds), maybe we went passed 10 rounds, I didnt think to look at the round # in CT.
But both spellcasters, who haven't been hit yet, also noticed all their THP were missing.

Ill keep an eye on round # next time.
