reverting to the full license when cancelling subscription

Hi,

Currently I am a subscriber on Ultimate license.

I won't need the subscription for a number of months and want to revert to my full license.
I no longer have the full key for my old account.

When I cancel the subscription, do you send out a new key or forward me my old one?

When you cancel your subscription the FG key related to that subscription is cancelled and nothing else happens as FG does not tie the subscription to any other key/license. You can get your full license key, depending on where you purchased it from. If you bought it from the FG store then it is listed in your order history - https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store/orders.xcp

You should enter your full FG key in the FG settings screen and run an update to setup your FG installation with that license.

You should be able to find your Full license key by logging in to the forums here and going to the Store > Order History menu option on the site. Find the order where you bought the Full license and click through the link to access your license key.
