"Abandoned and alone a great structure breaks the skyline of the mountain-pass Dur-Umûr. A former nexus of trade and the seat of of a great dwarven settlement the 'sky-fortress' was known in general for its thrifty inhabitants but especially for its master who affectionately was called 'the great dwarven architect'.
Something happened 40 years ago, however. The castle quickly fell to disarray and became an open wound for adventures and local monsters alike. Strangely, though, none of the adventurers return and rumours of the old stronghold has spread. Rumours that the very fabric of the old dwarven stone is somehow... alive.
Few brave parties still dares to challenge this ancient complex, though. You are such a party. Some have come for wisdom, others to hone their skills and again some to claim the fabled treasures of the mountain for themselves.
Welcome to "The Mad Dwarven Architect"."

Okay. so I'm ready.
I've worked pretty extensively on a dungeon these last few weeks and now it's finally up for inspections. A few brave souls have dared peak inside and thanks to playing in a few campaigns myself I now feel secure enough to show off my baby.
The plan is to lead different groups into this monster and establish a long term campaign with a closely knit-together party or parties. These doesn't necessary have to agree on combat/rp - to my knowledge a party of both kind of players can work out great. I would prefer a mix of new players and one old fox to advice me on the rules. If not we will make do.
A bit about style: I don't like rule lawyers, texting and 24/7 combat. However... Last night I spend 5 hours texting out a combat and checking rules and I had a blast! So I don't know anymore. Maybe I learned. Maybe not.
I wing things. I make up worlds on the fly. If you like a DM that worships the rules. I'm not it. If you like one that let you roll (not succeed) for any crazy stunt. I am. If you want to correct me in the rules, I'm happy to oblige. If you want to correct my correction - I'm not (or expect something unexpected to suddenly happen). What I'm saying is not that I'm gonna impose any style on the players: I'm saying you decide what you're going to do.
Anyway. I'm new, and the most fun I've had so far was teaching others what I had just learned. Most of all: I just wanna have fun.
Introducing!
DM cruelty scale: [1][2][3][4][5]
I sometime try to save and sometime try to challenge players
