Quick question about the Desktop Decals.
I have a few desktop decals as options in the "extensions" list when I am selecting to load a scenario or generate a character. They are the ones that come with the game or purchased products, not custom ones.
How do I get them to actually apply when the desktop loads in the game? It seems as though selecting them does nothing, and I don't seen an option in the settings to enable them.
I am sure its a very simple solution, just can't figure it out yet.
