Is there a ruleset/extension for playing the PF Adventure Card Game in FG?

Nope. That would be a major undertaking to create a ruleset that covers the PF ACG. Plus entering all of the 100's of cards needed to play would take ages.

Doubtful that Fantasy Grounds would ever have card game functionality, but you can play Pathfinder ACG over at OCTGN (https://octgngames.com/pathfinder/).

Don't say that. The devs might listen. I am still hopeful for the implementation of cards in the Unity version. I need to get my Falkenstein game into FG!
