1. How to i host a game with a couple of my buddies when i have the ultimate and they are using demo?
2. Can i get custom dice such as what you may find in the real world(w/ skull for "1" and what not)?
3. if i host do i need to be DM?
4. how does multi classing work in FG?

2) I don't think so. The most you can do is color them.
3) Yes
4) When you add another level to your character, add it as a different class.

You can do #2 but not easily. Have a look at Warhammer or Star Wars Edge of the Empire rulesets or look at the Mutant Year Zero extension for some ideas.... coding required.
#4 depends on the ruleset/game you are playing.
