Currently, there are two tracker effects that specifically don't stack with each other: "CA" makes your attack roll gain a +2 bonus to hit, and "GRANTCA" makes your defense count as 2 points lower for the attacks received. These effects do not stack with each other.

This is also the case with the effects that add "GRANTCA" in their code, like "Dazed", "Stunned", or "Prone". Those are working as intended.

However, in the Modifiers menu, there is a toggle button "Combat Advantage" that supposedly mirror this effect, without having to manually add the "CA" effect before every attack. It DO NOT stack if the attacker have a "CA" effect on itself, but it DOES counts twice if the target has the "GRANTCA" effect (and others, like dazed), granting the attacker both the benefit of the attack roll, and counting the defender as having -2 on his defenses.

(In the image file, the first attack is normal. The second is with the "Combat Advantage" toggle on. Repeated for each effect)

This will be patched in v3.2.0.
