Custom Skins?

Does anyone know of a good tutorial video on how to create a custom skin/background for a campaign? thank you

The skins are more difficult (because they require custom graphics. You can find several here (along with the decal tutorial): https://www.fg-con.com/free-downloads/

computertrucker, these instructions should work for you--I have been following them with success in recent weeks. (It can be quite fiddly, however, to learn how to monkey with all the moving parts, depending on skill level. I am myself a beginner.)
