[HELP] Some Questions for a GM?

Hi.

I'm toying around with a test campaign using the CoreRPG ruleset just to get familiar with how FG works before I attempt to host a game session with others. Two questions have come to mind and I'm hoping some of you long time users might be able to answer these questions.

1. I figured out how to add an effect to a monster or character in the Combat Tracker, but how do I remove the effect? I searched about but couldn't find an answer on that.

2. Is there spell AOE templates and if so how or where do I access them? I'm looking for AOE templates like a radius AOE template, A cone or dragon's breath type of template. I thought I saw them in a video I watched a while ago but I cannot find out where these spell/attack AOE templates are located.

If anyone has any info I'd appreciate the help.

1) Click the effects icon (outline of a humanoid) to bring up the effects options. This will show the red delete button to the right of the effect.

2) Use the right click menu to add a pointer to the map. https://www.fantasygrounds.com/wiki/index.php/Images#Pointers Note that these pointers will not select tokens, they will just indicate the squares covered by the AoE.
