I am leaving Fantasy Grounds!

At first sight, i loved fantasy grounds. Its a great idea and a pretty decent setup. But when i play in a game a simple image ont load, or it wont let me join. YES i have taken all of the steps necesary with fireall and antivirus. So i decided once they port FG over to unity (hopefully soon) i will come back. Keep on gamming guys!


UPDATE: I apologise for coming across as a child throing a temper-tantrum. I was not having the best of days and when i sat down to play i got so frusturated i couldnt see the maps.lol

Hello Joe,

This sounds more like a permissions issue. You might try changing your Data Directory to a different location where your main user has full permissions.

I think with all this offering to help and outpour of good faith we can get this fixed. luckily joe seems to have skype shared for contact so that may be a way to help him from being discouraged due to "user operated error".

Best way of getting someone quickly might be to hold out in the TS server. Regardless, as with any software program there's a learning curve.

Once you get past the entire space time thing and it clicks then dm ing is story telling plus. Do a session with the x sperts and it will work! I was so lost till fgdaze thanks

Hi Joe,

Damned and Doug Davison really helped me out with all types of FG problems about 2 months ago when I was feeling the same as you and seemed to have constant FG and Teamspeak issues. I could not believe how these issues were quickly sorted out once I got help. I am glad I persevered and grateful for both of them sparing time to help.
