Upgraded to Ultimate on Steam, then updated my content. Redownloaded everything??

I just bought the Ultimate License ugprade on Steam, then opened up my Settings and copied the new key into the License Key field (not the Lite to Full Key field), then submitted and pressed "Update", and it seemed to completely redownload every module I own? Is this behavior normal, or did there just happen to be updates to all of the D&D modules since last week, or what?

It's normal - the encrypted content vault is completely recreated during an update.
