Retrieving a License

Hi,

I had a license for a Gm copy of Fantasy Grounds and I need to retrieve it. It should be connected to the email address of this account. How can I retrieve it?

Go to "Store" -> "Order History" then click on the link to open the order where you bought the license. The key is in the order details.

Did that and it says I have not completed any orders which I know is untrue because I have purchased many things using this account including add-ons
