Hi,

I made a extension for FG Rolemaster classic, inspired by the work of Chris.

This extension make it possible to add the most common combat and spell modifications directly to the next roll.

please send me some comments, then you are using this tool.

Hi, I have been playing around with it prior to using it during a game session.

The one thing I am having an issue with is if I choose "Half Soft Cover" I am not sure how to unselect it. I know I can unselect it in the Table Resolver; however, I am not sure how to do that prior to the roll.

I see the dots now and see how to remove something I have selected.

I see you have 5 modifiers that refers to EAR. What is EAR?

ELEMENTAL ATTACK ROLLS (EAR)
The Elemental Attack Roll (EAR) is an open-ended roll that represents the accuracy and potency of a caster’s elemental attack spell.

BASE ATTACK ROLLS (BAR)
The Base Attack Roll (BAR) is not openended and represents the effectiveness of the caster’s spell.

Spell Law page 40

for my surprise, I found some tables in the section 4 in the spell law.
So, I simply add all modifications, I found to the extension.

Thank you for your feed back, I was thinking to use the long version ELEMENTAL ATTACK ROLLS instead of EAR, but it looks strange, because of the long fly out text box.

Ahh. Thanks, Plastictotoro.

EAR works fine.

It was surprising for me, too.
I came a cross this tables by accident.
So, I also had to look to the short cut. ;-)

used this extension to great effect last night (three dead characters). A few comments
1, A target prone modifier would be nice to have
2. A different name for the extension than Chris's original extension so I can use both or either with out being confused

Thanks hawkwind

I found two other modifications, which were missing.

The modifications are separated into two frames, one for attack and one for position and foe conditions.

At the first post, the new version is available.

I changed the name, too.

Please, send me some ideas for the name of the extension.

Thanks

We used this tonight with a bunch of people playing for the first time. It was very effective!

Thank you.

it would be nice if you alter the shape of the two windows

In which way, shall I change the frames?

Is a horizon version more preferred, than the vertical one?

Senoj

I prefer diagonal :)

My guess for every person that picks vertical another person will pick horizontal. I don't know with the current API if you could select horizontal and vertical configuration. Just a thought. You asked :)

I change the option, so the window frames are moveable.

I hope this fix the usability is now better.

In the first post, you will find the new download file.

One other option is to add the modifications for position as 5th row, so in the first frame the buttons are a 5x5 matrix.
How about this idea?

I am still thinking about the ideas, and how to improve my extension.

Thanks to all
