RPG Name in Decal?

I am currently working on a new community rule set.. the base rule set and 2 RPG's extensions that use the licensed base rule set.
My question is it better to not have the name of the various RPG in the decal on the desktop or to put it there to clarify what is being played.
I have been looking at various rule sets.. and I noticed that other than the copyright notice being blasted at startup in chat.. usually there is
no mention of the RPG name. I take it as trying to void copyright issues. I am not talking about using the licensed trademark.. just the use
of the RPG name in the decal.

You should make sure that there is no confusion or attempt to represent your ruleset as a licensed or official product and then you should be ok.
some publishers have guidelines for fan products and even have specific logos that you can use
