What is the effect syntax for a creature or character to make an on going saving throwing each round? If the creature or character is successful on their saving, is a their code to have the effect dropped automatically?

I see the effect for on going damage so it would only make sense that their be something similar for on going saving throws. If nothing exists in coding, please reply with the link to have this added to the wish list.

No, there is no such effect for ongoing saving throws. Saving throws are only triggered when the actor is being attacked and not at any other time. Here's the link (https://fg2app.idea.informer.com/) for the wish list.
