Level 4 fighter - two weapon fighting

Can't seem to work out my PC fighter's bonuses or penalties for two weapon fighting - and whether I have to add the modifiers for the ability every time I want to use two weapon attack.

Is there a way of automating it?

So my fighter is level 4 human. STR 16 : DEX 16 : CON 14 : INT 12 : WIZ 10 : CHA 11

+1 Longsword and off hand masterwork shortsword

Feats.

Weapon Focus : Longsword
Weapon Specialization : Longsword
Two weapon fighting
Double slice

Hope that makes sense - any help appreciated.

I usually set up another weapon entry for each scenario.

Longsword (Normal)
Longsword (Two-Handed)
Longsword (Main Hand)
Shortsword (Off Hand)

And then, adjust the modifiers accordingly to match what they should be for two-weapon fighting, two-handed usage or whichever scenario I use for that character.

There's no way to automate this setup right now.
