is there a way to get move distance to show for npc

So when you lock tokens for characters they have to submit movement and its handy to see how far they are moving. As a Gm is there a way to have this for monsters as well?

Hi,
when your tokens are locked you can as GM hold ctrl down while moving your npc characters.. the distance moved is displayed.. un click then select accept move.. Im not at my game now going by memory but I think that is right..

If your mouse has a "middle button" (usually pressing the scroll wheel works) you can use that instead of holding control down while dragging.
