questions on pointers

As seen in the image Create bonfire lets you create a 5' cube. I say its the smaller of the two pointers as I believe the second one is a 5' radius. Can someone clear that up? sorry for being lame and asking so many questions we are new and are having our first game tonight.

You can't have a radius in a cube; a radius is something you have in a circle. A 5' cube fills as square 5' on each side and 5' tall. So you are correct the smaller of the two is the answer. The larger image would be a 15' square or a 15' cube if it also had depth.
