can anyone point me in the right direction on where the path to where the tokens are

I know that the portraits are found C:\Users\nixnix\AppData\Roaming\Fantasy Grounds

I want to create my own tokens where are they stored cant seem to find them?

also can anyone give me the sizes they use?

If you Click the little Folder Icon in the Upper Left of the Launcher Window that will open your Data Directory. In that window that opens there is both a Tokens Folder as well as a Portraits folder. That is where they reside.
Within The Tokens Folder there is both a HOST and SHARED folder for you to place the tokens you want to add

However storing lots of tokens there (especially in the shared folder) might slow things down a bit so it's recommended that you create modules of tokens rather than have them sit in a folder.
