I'm building a Gunslinger character for the first time (also my first PF character overall!) and I'm not sure where I'm supposed to track my Grit points?

Thanks for any advice.

Add a new "spell class" to the actions tab and use this to track uses of abilities and grit points. The easiest type to use is the prepared spell caster (an open book to the left of the name of the class). Click the magnifying glass and add something like 10 to the level 1 spells section - this will allow you to add up to 10 little circles next to any abilities you've added, when in "Preparation" mode. Don't be put off by the fact that this all has spell terminology, a spell class is a great way of tracking special abilities, pools, magic item uses, frequently used effects, etc., etc..

Have a look at the PFS pregens here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?16900-Files-Pregen-Player-Characters-%28FG-format%29&p=212777&viewfull=1#post212777 Jirelle in the optional conditions ZIP file is a swashbuckler and has a couple of panache based abilities being tracked in the actions tab.

An example of racial abilities on the actions tab is available here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?16459-Central-Character-Repository&p=234803&viewfull=1#post234803

Another option, specifically for grit, is to add a spell class and set it to be a points spell caster - click on the icon to the left of the spell class name until it shows a head. There is a good example of this in this PC here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?16459-Central-Character-Repository&p=123786&viewfull=1#post123786

Thank you for the advice. For now I'm going to track it with a Points spell caster class in the actions tab. That seems simple enough for my purposes at the moment :)
