Fantasy Age Ruleset?

Hello I am looking for a fantasy age Ruleset but can't seem to find one. if any one knows of an existing one please send me the link, if not how would I go about making a new ruleset?

I started working on one. Got the dice rolling working, and started on a character sheet, but that's as far as I got.
