Is there a way to use the IF effect to represent "Undead suffer a -2 penalty on attack rolls against the wearer"?

You can't directly effect the incoming attack roll value itself. However, you can increase the AC by 2. Put this on the wearer: IFT:TYPE(undead); AC:2

As a follow up to this. There are other, manual options available. However, the above AC increase work around is something that doesn't require any manual intervention - apply it to the PC as long as they wear the item that gives the -2 attack penalty to attacks from undead (work around giving the wearer a +2 untyped bonus to AC).

That's perfect, Trenloe - thanks!

I learnt something from another thread explaining how they handled Smite Evil:

If a player has his own token selected and drags an effect on an enemy while holding down the Shift key, an effect will be applied to the player, but with that enemy as target. The effect will not be used against any other enemy. Using this trick, you could have a "AC:2" effect that would target only that enemy (if that was your intent).
