FG and effect codes, how do you use them?

So someone gave me a list of "effect codes" that can be used in FG. I didn't get a chance to ask him how to use them so thought I'd ask here. One such code would be:


Dwarven Resilience Race (Dwarf) Dwarven Resilience;RESIST:poison

Where would I put the "code" that I put in bold and italics?

Another would be:


Survivor Fighter (Champion) Survivor;IF:Bloodied;REGEN:5 [CON]
Gauntlets of Ogre Power Wondrous Item Ogre Power; STR: 2;SAVE: 1 strength Replace the 2 with whatever number needed to bring your Strength up to 19 and 1 with however much that should increase your STR save. (I had 17 so I used 2 and 1)

This might be a helpful section of the wiki to read. Basically, you create an ability entry on the PC Actions tab with an Effect action using the text above for the effect label text.
