Probably a Silly Question about CORE

Ok... So I see a lot of Pathfinder stuff is listed as CORE ONLY.

So does that mean that only the Core Rule book is in use by players and none of the extra stuff published by Paizo?
Or does it mean you can only use Paizo stuff (Core, Player Companions, bla bla bla) and not mix in stuff like from Green Ronin or Mini book XYZ from Who knows who?

You are allowed to use the stuff that's in the Character Traits Web Document (https://paizo.com/download/pathfinder/CharacterTraits.zip) and the PFS Guide (https://paizo.com/products/btpy84k4)... that's about it.
