D&D 5e spell scrolls and spell slots

when casting a spell scroll does it expend a spell slot ? Or another way .. if your spell slots are full can you cast a spell scroll ? thanks in advance.

No and Yes. Casting spells from scrolls doesn't use a slot, it just uses up the spell and there aren't any limits on how many scrolls you can use.
