The text on effects for some of the cleric spells in 5e have some funky syntax

EFF: Frightened; [FIXED

I see a lot of these that say FIXED in the combat tracker for some of the cleric spells like Hallow.

What does that mean?

It means that the spell persists until dispelled. In other words there's no fixed duration.
