NPC Portraits

I would like to be able to put a portrait of a NPC in the top of the program window in the same way as the PC:s are shown, ie, in the round golden frame with a name-tag at the bottom. I could of course share the images in the usual way, but I would want to have this option for NPC:s that are a part of the party to give the players a feeling that these persons actually are present. Is there a way to accomplish this?

would be cool, except, how about at the bottom of the window, or the sides, so the players know it is an NPC?
