Curse of Strahd Tarokka Deck

I can't figure out this thing. It gives me a weird result after rolling that I can't make heads or tails of.
Can anyone explain this in laymans terms? Because it makes no sense to me.

I see these d40s rolled, and results but they don't seem to be related to anything I can find?

The card reading outputs to a story so you should get a pop up story entry with the results of the reading. The output to chat can be ignored. Check your story entries; on the first tab there should be a [RESULT] 1.02.02 Card Reading (or perhaps many if you have been trying and not seeing the story entry opening).

Aha! That did it Zacchaeus I was not seeing it, I had hid it behind other windows and closed it without realising later.
