I was pointed to this character swap thread https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?16864-Mutants-and-Masterminds-Character-Swap and it has helped. I did not see the Gadgeteer archetype listed so I started creating him. He's on page 39 of the Hero's Handbook.
I am uncertain of how to change some of his stats, such as Toughness, automatically based on his Advantages/Powers or do I need to manually adjust them? Any pointers would help.
