What's the best way of creating an entry on the Actions tab for magical ammunition, regardless of the weapon (longbow vs. short-bow, magical vs. non-magical) that shoots it? I've got a few +1 damage sleep arrows that cause an Unconscious effect (DC 11) for 1 minute.

For typical magic arrows that give a straight bonus just create an effect ATK: 1; DMG: 1 and apply it just before using such an arrow. You'll then need a secondary effect to handle the sleep part with a cast to handle the saving throw.

The atk/dmg bit is actually quite tricky to do properly because none of the 'Expend?' options work very well. If set to expend on next action or next roll it will be removed whenever a roll to hit is made. Once per modifier doesn't work either since the ATK: part will be removed as soon as an attack is made whether it hits or not. At the end of the day it might be just as easy to add in the +'s manually using the modifiers button. After all ammunition is expended and the PC's aren't likely to see a great deal of it.

And what about coding Arcane Archer's level 7 Magic arrow where it makes the arrow damage type magic?

Is there a way to make them be magical damage? now the resist will half damage even tho you use magical ammunition

Yes just create an effect of DMGTYPE: magic and apply the effect before the attack is made.
