I could have it ready very quickly but it would probably end up at the bottom of the Smiteworks queue like a bundle of one sheet ETU adventures I wanted to submit but never got any interest. Probably because it was free. I could release it as a community module without breaking any copyright since I wrote and published it :) hehe

I don't see why not, there are a few companies other than Smiteworks who release FG material on DTRPG: https://drivethrurpg.com/browse.php?keywords=fantasy%20grounds&page=1 (check through the subsequent pages). AAW Games also release their FG products on their website: https://adventureaweek.com/shop/product-category/fantasy-grounds/pathfinder-fantasy-grounds/

Check with Doug if it's not stepping on Smiteworks toes, but I don't see why you can't release FG material outside of the FG store. The material will have to be manually installed (or you package it up as an installer) and it won't be part of the FG update process, but it will still be completely usable.
