I followed the link, and the steps they outlined precisely, but the menu right has fewer options than the example provided by the port forwarding website. In the screen shot above, I should have five boxes all of them checked except the top box. If I can get to that point of progress, then the menu on left would give me access to port forwarding. However, as I go through the steps, when I get to this point there are only top two boxes for the menu on the right, and thus I cannot check the rest of the boxes and have no access to port forwarding. Can anyone help?

This one is due to Germany having run out of IPv4 space some time ago, ISPs do some tricky stuff where they NAT a whole bunch of customers to one IPv4 address but still give them a public IPv6 address...
I suspect thetab was removed as Port Forwarding IPv4 cant work in this scenario.
Hamachi, Tunngle, HideMyAss.com are all good options.
