View Full Version : how do i handle Hazard damage?

So im adding a hazard in my war of the dead game tonight. A live wire in a puddle of water. how do i make the damage automatic? is there some kind of stat sheet for a hazard or trap? right now i have just made it as an NPC without an attack just damage and a set Notice roll to avoid. is there a better way to do this?

That's the only way I've found how to handle it as well.

Depends what you mean "with automatic". Personally as GM I would use /dmg slash command, for instance "/dmg 3d6 Trap Damage" to roll the damage and manually drag the number result from chat and drop it on token entry in Combat Tracker to apply it to certain character

oh, man, that would be great.

but when i drag the result to the character on the tracker it wont apply damage. I must be doing something wrong

You should drop the result on the token indicator, otherwise it wont apply it.
