Hi all,
I know this screenshot comes from the Savage Worlds ruleset but the documentation for that just says "same as in CoreRPG just with a different skin"
So my question is on the effects panel (cog icon in the top right hand bank of options) what does the Lightning bolt/Lightning bolt with flash behind it mean?
I know the number is rounds of duration, the hour glass is whether it is a maintainable effect or not..I just cannot for the life of me find anything that explains the bolt..
