Sharing of Images

What method do you DMs use to share images to your players when using a prebuilt module? I'm running Elemental Evil now and it seems that I need to change the image file names else to spoil what they are looking at. Do you do this as well?

I don't. It gives the players a bit of metagame info. But the ones I play with deal with it just fine.
